Day 21 is Almost Done~
Today was slow at work... I am glad for that...! My whole body is in pain from Zumba...lol Cannot wait til I start seeing results from it!! Today I had chicken, dragon salt, gran garlic, cabbage, broccoli, squash, snap peas, garlic water, roasted tomato sauce & brown rice & after I got my bowl I squeezed ...a lemon over it for that extra ZING I was craving!!... It had 321 calories, 500 mg of sodium and 3.5 grams of saturated fat. Super tired from yesterday.... Winding down time with the family! Watching the Oscars tonight(sort of).... Ya'll have a great rest of the day!!!
