Day 20 was Lovely!
I was at work til late... And then did 1 hour and 20 minutes of ZUMBA!!! That was FUN, FUN, FUN!
I have a new favorite bowl at Ghengis Grill!! Chicken, dragon salt n gran garlic, cabbage, broccoli, squash, snap peas, garlic water,... roasted tomato sauce and brown rice... Packs a flavor punch!!! Tomorrow I might add a kick to it with fresh squeezed lemon! It had 341 calories, 670 mg of sodium and 3.5 grams of saturated fat. Very cool indeed!! I am setting up a routine to my day... And I am sticking to it.... I am also planing to put something together(it's a secret...shhh...You will have to wait and see). I am really excited about doing Zumba.... I am even more excited about the Callenetics... That workout is AMAZING!! I am attaching a super funny pic of my "nephew" Thrall... He is quite the character!! And then a pic of my supper yummy lunch!
